My most recent repaint. I try to improve with every repaint created & sold.
This Draculaura doll was sort of an expirament with a new technique for eyes & lips.
I was thinking about BJD's face ups when I created this dolly which I fell in love with once she was done.
Fans of this doll can expect all my other future Monster High repaints to have the same painting techniques as this one.

This is a total transformation. Amazing.
I'm new to modding and repainting dolls and I can't find very many detailed tutorials to start me out. I think you would make an amazing tutorial (if you wanted to, that is) <3

Thank you very much. I really love this doll, though I am my very own worst critic, there are things
I wish I had done better, but this was my style at the time & overall, I am happy with how she turned out. ♥

I can pick apart my own stuff for hours, then someone will come up and say they think it's great, so yeah, I think that's just natural. And if we don't criticize our own work, we would never grow as artists and never strive to get better.

I am 100% in love with this face up LOVE it. But i am a huge BJD dork haha. If you havent gotten into making your own BJDs yet you really should do it. you have a great talent for hand painted faces.

That's very sweet of you to say, thank you so much.
The closest thing to a BJD I have is Pullip dolls & I still haven't
finished the one I started like ages ago. They intimidate me a little,
just cause they're so expensive & it would suck to screw one up, lol.
