pronounced Ta-Leah. This is my second Lagoona repaint. I think I totally give up on taking good pictures, it seems like the pictures I took in room lighting with no flash came out better than these. You can't even see the pearlex shimmer on her face or her tiny little freckles unless you focus, lol. Anyway.
I think I am gonna work on my photography skills... hehehe. ♥
~ ♥ What her new owner had to say about her ♥ ~
She is gorgeous and I do love her!! Your talent continues to astound me! You don't miss a detail in your painting!
The photos don't do the work justice. You can see the emotion in the dolls eyes very clearly compared to that of the original. The addition of the stick on eyelashes really added to the depth of her face. The removal of the original earrings also added to a better look to the character, although the character's earrings make for a good conversation piece, the ones you put on her looked far better then the ones the default came with.
My only suggestion to make this better would be to photograph the hair better, you really can't get the whole effect without the addition of the hair.
Other then that small thing, I really think you did a fantastic job with the doll. Keep up the good work
I love the repaint! I'm going to start making some customs myself. How did you manage to remove the molded underwear that the dolls have? Did you just sand it down?
Thank you hon, I liked much better in person, I actually don't like her pictures a whole lot but I am getting a little better with the cam everytime, I think...hehehe
